Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using CorFitX ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Services

CorFitX provides software for fitness coaching, nutrition planning, and related workflows between coaches, dietitians, and clients. Features may change over time; we will strive to minimize disruption to your workflow.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for accurate registration information and for safeguarding your credentials. You must comply with applicable laws and must not misuse the Platform (including attempting unauthorized access, scraping, or interfering with other users).

4. Health and fitness disclaimer

CorFitX is software for coaching operations, not medical care. Consult licensed healthcare professionals before starting or changing training and nutrition protocols.

CorFitX is a technology platform. It is not a medical service. Content and plans are provided by independent professionals or for informational purposes. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting a new diet or exercise program.

5. Payments, subscriptions, marketplace, and payouts

Platform subscriptions. Paid plans for coaches and dietitians, renewals, and refunds are governed by the billing terms presented at checkout and our Refund Policy. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access where applicable.

Client and marketplace payments. When you purchase a plan from a professional's public profile or complete other in-app purchases, charges are processed by our payment partner Whish (or as otherwise disclosed at checkout). You authorize charges as presented, including applicable taxes where shown.

Platform fees. For certain marketplace or subscription transactions, CorFitX may retain a platform fee or commission as disclosed at the point of purchase. The remainder is allocated to the earning professional according to the product rules in effect at the time of the transaction.

Professional wallets and withdrawals. Earnings may appear as pending and become available after a stated holding period shown in the product. Withdrawals are requested inside the app and are processed manually — including administrative approval. Payout timing depends on review, your payout method, and third-party processors; we do not guarantee instant settlement.

External Payment Access Codes. Coaches and dietitians may generate access codes to grant clients plan access inside CorFitX after payment was received outside the platform (for example, cash, bank transfer, or Whish outside CorFitX). By generating an access code, the professional confirms that the client has made payment directly to them and acknowledges responsibility for covering the CorFitX platform fee. CorFitX does not process, verify, guarantee, or mediate any payment arrangement between a professional and a client made outside the platform. Any disputes relating to external payments are solely between the professional and the client. CorFitX may disable, revoke, or suspend access codes and the associated plan access in the event of fraud, abuse, payment failure, chargeback, or policy violation. Platform fee refunds for access codes are subject to the Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CorFitX and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform will be limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, where such a cap is permitted by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above.
